DANE RUMBLE (NZ) ANNOUNCES DATES IN THE UK & USA!

If you’re looking for a sure bet on a Kiwi artist destined for big things, Dane Rumble is your man! Winner of “Best Male Solo Artist” at the NZ Music Awards 2010 and nominated for a staggering 6 NZ Music Awards, Dane’s phenomenal success has spread across the ‘ditch’ and his award winning album ‘The Experiment’ has now been released in Australia April 11 2011 and in May he is off to perform showcases in LA, New York and the UK!

Its was only August 2010 that Dane released his first single “Always Be Here” into Australia via Ministry of Sound, with that single taking off in a BIG way. It was #2 music video after 2 weeks on Channel V, 6th most added track to national radio in its first week, and 4th most added music video across the board in Australia!! The rave reviews continued, making Dane the #1 Break Through artist on radio in Australia. The single also debuted at #19 on the Australian Dance Charts first week in September.

Dane’s 2nd release from the album is the Silver Scroll winner for “Most Air Played song, “Cruel” and with remixes for the dancefloor from Jolyon Petch and General Lee it is set to make even more noise in the OZ charts for this talented artist.

Dane has also enjoyed an amazing past year touring numerous shows throughout New Zealand and Australia with memorable highlights shared on stage with B.O.B as part of the Winter Jam tour in New Zealand, The Potbelleez, Jamiroquai and Taio Cruz in Sydney, playing at festivals such as Queensland’s EKKA with Stan Walker and Vanessa Amorosi and the legendary New year Eve event Rhythm and Vines in NZ.

Dane Rumble will perform live on Thursday May 5th 2011 at SIR Studios Hollywood, with another chart topping band from NZ ‘Avalanche City’, Tuesday May 10th at Santos Party House, Manhattan, then Wednesday May 18th he will be in the UK as a special guest at APMG present Dinwalls at Camden Lock, London.
